Refund Policy
At Big Mir Tours & Safari, we work closely with local partners, guides, transportation providers, and park authorities to ensure that every excursion is carefully organized and delivered at the highest standard. Due to the planning and logistics required for each experience, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel their excursion at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled excursion date are eligible to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled excursion date are non-refundable, as arrangements with our partners and service providers are made in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
Minimum Participant Requirement
Some excursions require a minimum number of participants in order to operate. Certain tours require a minimum of two guests, while others require a minimum of five guests.
Please review the excursion description carefully before booking to confirm the minimum participant requirement.
If the required number of participants is not met, Big Mir Tours & Safari will contact you to reschedule the excursion or cancel the booking. If we must cancel due to not meeting the minimum participant requirement, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Weather, Safety & Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases of extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Big Mir Tours & Safari reserves the right to reschedule the excursion, provide an alternative experience, or cancel the excursion. If an excursion is canceled by us under these circumstances, guests will be eligible for a full refund.
